GH Spoilers Monday, July 31: Developing Theories, Accepting Invitations, Prison Fight

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Monday, July 31 tease developing theories, accepting invitations and there’s a prison fight at Pentonville. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) brainstorm, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) accepts an invitation, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) gets in a prison fight.

General Hospital Spoilers – Developing Theories

Sonny and Anna brainstorm, and he asks her if she’s still planning to use herself as bait to draw out the sniper who shot Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) via ricochet. Between the two of them, Sonny and Anna had already decided that one of them had to be the target and Anna is the most logical possibility. Someone had already painted the word “murderer” on her front door in blood red and that certainly sounded like a threat.

The weapon used that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) found in the room the sniper shot from was traced to WSB arsenal. That leaves the suspicion with someone WSB gone rogue although it could be a Pikeman stolen weapon.

GH Spoilers – Molly Lansing-Davis Opens Up To Alexis Davis

At Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Brooke Ann Smith) and TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) apartment, Molly opens up to her mother. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) tells Molly she sounds like she’s trying to talk herself into it. She’s likely referring to Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) offer of surrogacy. Molly and Kristina had a more sisterly talk prior to Molly checking in with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Alexis coming over. They’d talked about childhood memories and later, and Valiant, Molly’s stuffed horse that Kristina found and brought over.

General Hospital Spoilers – Kristina Corinthos-Davis Asks Advice

Kristina tells someone she thought they’d never ask, as she asks advice of someone, probably Michael who she’d gone to talk to at the Aurora Media office. He got a sour look when she asked him why he’d been a bastard to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) but then Kristina is very outspoken and direct. She may be asking business advice about the youth center she’s starting and plans to run herself but now feels inadequate to do so, as she’d confided in Molly.

Michael should be able to give Kristina some good advice. That’s what she’s there for.

GH Spoilers – Accepting Invitations

Tracy accepted a dinner invitation from Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) after the two are stuck in an elevator and she’s stood up by the person who’s supposed to meet her. The two definitely have the ability to rub each other the wrong way, but Tracy finds something he says or does surprisingly charming. Everything will go better than expected until his hand starts shaking and she notices it. He realizes it when she calls Alexis to ask about it and realizes Tracy’s stuck her nose in his business.

General Hospital Spoilers – Suspicious Minds

Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) catches up with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) for the first time since returning from Pine Valley, and asks what else could he be hiding from her? Of course she’s talking about Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and the mysterious file at Jackson Montgomery’s (Walt Willey) office they think Martin’s involved it. She still doesn’t know where the $50,000 a month is coming from but alimony from his third ex-wife is suspected-if he’s really her ex.

Lucy won’t give up until she finds out what really is going on. Lucy wants to know she can trust him!

GH Spoilers – Martin Grey Gets Lucky

Elsewhere, Martin walks through a pair of door grinning from ear to ear, and announces it must be his lucky night! Perhaps he comes in on Lucy and Felicia talking and he’s referring to Lucy, who he hasn’t seen a week or two. These could be the doors of Deception Cosmetics and he might be luckier than he thinks. Lucy and Felicia haven’t found anything provable on him yet!

General Hospital Spoilers – Prison Fight

It isn’t lucky for someone at Pentonville Prison as Drew winds up in a prison fight, defending someone else. He’s a man with a plan to protect someone as he tells him “get the hell away from him”! It’s possible someone might be ganging up on Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) who may not have as much power in Pentonville as he thinks he does.

Drew was told Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) would have protectors in place but he wasn’t expecting Cyrus to be one. Nevertheless, Drew looks like he’s trying to be the protector of someone and gets involved in a fight!
