GH Spoilers: Molly’s Diagnosis, Kristina Becomes Surrogate?

General Hospital General Hospital: Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Haley Pullos) General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Haley Pullos) endometriosis diagnosis fills her heart with fear. Depending on how advanced the endometriosis is, she may neither be able to produce eggs or carry a baby-meaning she and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) might need a surrogate.

General Hospital Spoilers – Difficulty Conceiving

It’s obvious that Molly has had difficult conceiving, as she and TJ have been trying for a while already, by the way she’s talked to her mother and sisters. General Hospital spoilers show Kristina had enquired about a pregnancy test found in a bag during a visit with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) their oldest sister thinking Sam was pregnant. But it turned out it had been purchased for Molly, who had missed a period-which seems now to be a symptom of her newly diagnosed endometriosis.

It’s been around two months since that happened, with them deciding in earnest to try to get pregnant shortly afterwards. Yet her pregnancy tests continued coming up negative, prompting her recent visit to Dr. Sofia Navarro (Christina Ferraro) who did some tests and found she has endometriosis.

GH Spoilers – More Tests To Come, How Bad Can It Get?

There are more tests to come; how bad can it get-Molly is terrified at the surgery she has to have for Dr. Navarro to do a biopsy. TJ tries to comfort her, telling her it’s not a dead end, just a speed bump, and it’s explained “biopsy” doesn’t necessarily mean cancer’s suspected. It’s just an in-depth analysis of a group of cells from a patch of skin, only in Molly’s case, the “skin” is inside her female organs.

If TJ were really worried it would be pretty difficult for him to hide it considering the past few months of his friend Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) life and death situation. If TJ is scared along with Molly, then it would really be something to worry about-but at this stage of the game, there is no need to panic.

General Hospital Spoilers – Not Quite Worst-Case Scenario, But Almost

It may turn out not to be quite the worst-case scenario, with Molly’s endometriosis turning out to be cancerous, but it could almost be for a couple trying to conceive. If Molly’s ovaries are involved, she may not be producing eggs, and if her fallopian tubes are involved, there are risks of ectopic (outside the uterus) pregnancy. Even if she has surgery to remove the endometrial tissue, it could leave scarring which could cause spontaneous abortion or miscarriage; and this is where Kristina may come in handy.

Sam is a lot older than her two sisters, whereas Kristina and Molly are only a couple years apart and in their mid to late twenties. Kristina could either donate an egg if Molly’s not producing and carry the baby as a surrogate, or if Molly is producing she could carry the embryo.
