General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint at more twists and turns in the storyline between Molly Lansing-Davis (Holiday Mia Kriegel) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). The couple decided to take the next step in their relationship and have a baby together; however, the two recently found out that Molly has endometriosis, and she may never be able to get pregnant.

Molly would initially keep the secret from everyone, except maybe her sisters Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Kristina Davis-Corinthos (Kate Mansi).

As her menstrual cycle is out of whack because of her health condition, when she misses her period, she’ll assume it’s nothing, until she starts experiencing pregnancy symptoms. When Molly finds out she’s pregnant, something she never thought was achievable, she’ll feel guilty about coming forward.

It’s not that she’ll worry about the repercussions, it’s just that she and TJ will finally get to experience something they thought was unattainable. She’ll struggle with wondering if it’s worth it to come clean. However, as fans know, all secrets in Port Charles have a way of surfacing, eventually.
