GH Spoilers: Michael’s Shocking Discovery-His Deal With Pikeman Really Married Him To The Mob?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will make a shocking discovery. He could realize that in making that deal with Pikeman Security Group to frame Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) it’s married him to the mob!

General Hospital Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine’s Warning

It sounds like Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) knew about Michael contacting these mercenaries to secure a deal with Sonny; if he warned Michael about them he likely disregarded his warning.

Valentin, formerly a mercenary himself, knew about Pikeman and that they were dangerous and untrustworthy; he warned Sonny to watch his back with these people and never to trust them.

Now, Michael has brought a dangerous mob war to his own door as well as Sonny’s, with a sniper nearly killing Sonny and wounding Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).

He finds out what happened from Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) who’s been warned not to bring Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) and Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) to see Sonny.

GH Spoilers – Who Was The Sniper Working For?

Sonny and Brick (Stephen A. Smith) are actively trying to find out who the sniper was working for, only a matchbox from Highsider’s Bar as a clue. There was naturally a delay in Dex contacting Michael, although Carly told Michael he was staying there because he got shot-Dex fills Michael in later, after Sonny feels it’s safe.

There are some very suspicious circumstances surrounding that ambush-for one thing, Sonny and Dex went over there on the spur of the moment, and for the other, very few have keys. Dex tells Michael that Brick is scouring Pozzulo’s, Sonny’s apartment, and Dex’s apartment for bugs, but they need to have a more secure form of contact.

Michael realizes burner phones aren’t enough and the sniper had to be someone sent by Pikeman, because he gave his contact a key.

General Hospital Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Can’t Trust His Contacts

It becomes obvious to Michael that he can’t trust his contacts, and there are people at Pikeman who know who he is. These untrustworthy contacts could bring harm to him or his family, and they could blackmail him to keep his identity secret.

He cannot call Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) or Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) to fix this, or even seek help from Sonny, who’s experienced in all things mob!

The only way to ensure he can keep control of this situation is to offer a quid pro quo – keeping Pikeman’s secrets for their keeping his, and continuing to pay them. Michael realizes Pikeman is nothing more than a much more dangerous mob than Sonny has ever been involved in – and he’s married to it!
