General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will be worried sick about Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattson) soon when she stumbles upon her downing another dose of benzos and inquires about what she’s up to. It won’t be the pills alone that make Sasha’s behavior seem so odd, but rather, the way she reacts to Maxie pressing her for details about what they are and why she’s taking them.

Maxie will have Sasha rather rattled by showing concern for her, despite Sasha’s urging that the prescription was pretty much demanded by her psychiatrist. The more time she can buy herself to sort things out, the more chance Gladys has of pulling this off without Sasha ever finding out she was up to anything nefarious at all.

Gladys came to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) with concerns that Sasha wasn’t ready to rebound and take the reins over her bank account again. But the mob boss wasn’t hearing it. He saw no reason Sasha couldn’t handle paying her own bills.

When she starts backsliding into drug abuse, he may come to doubt himself momentarily before he learns that Gladys is brushing Sasha’s behavior off as no big deal. He thought she was concerned about Sasha, so why wait for things to get worse before intervening?
