GH Spoilers: Maxie Doesn’t Want To Waste Another Second, Finally Chooses Spinelli

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) hasn’t had the most exciting love life in recent months. But after finally getting rid of Peter August (Wes Ramsey), no one can blame her for wanting to choose better this time.

She thought she possibly had a connection with Dr. Austin Gatlin-Jones (Roger Howarth) but the spark just wasn’t there. But there is one man who has waited patiently for Maxie for over a decade now. And that man is Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).

General Hospital Spoilers – Damian Spinelli Believed He Had Found Love With Ellie Trout!

After Maxie and Spinelli decided that they were better off as friends years ago, Spinelli fell in love with Ellie Trout (Emily Wilson). Ellie was much more similar to Spinelli in demeanor and personality.

The two of the even relocated to Portland for several years. But Spinelli never really left Port Charles behind. He visited not only Maxie, but also returned to help Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) whenever Jason had need of Spinelli’s unique skills in computer hacking.

GH Spoilers – Ellie Trout Issues An Ultimatum!

Eventually, Ellie and Spinelli returned to Port Charles but it soon became obvious that the couple was having difficulties. Ellie didn’t like that Spinelli was always putting himself in danger to help Jason.

She eventually grew fed up and told Spinelli he stop helping Jason or she would leave him. Spinelli wasn’t able to abandon Jason and so Ellie kept her word. Ellie has apparently moved on, but Spinelli sadly remained single.

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones Is Making Some Big Changes!

Maxie has recently been making some big changes. She has outgrown the tiny apartment she lived in for years and now is renting her best friend Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) home. Lulu has been in a coma for several years and it still isn’t clear when or if she will ever wake up.

Although Maxie certainly needs the space, it’s still missing someone for her to share her life with. Perhaps its time Maxie stopped waiting around for the perfect man and look at the man who may be perfect for you.

Spinelli never really stopped loving Maxie and perhaps now is the time for this pair to have a heart-to-heart talk about their future and the possibility of a renewed romance.
