GH Spoilers: Mama Bear Backlash-Tracy Brings Premises Liability Lawsuit Because Of Ned’s Fall?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease there could be a Mama Bear backlash because of Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) trip and fall into the Metro Court pool. In spite of her own daughter-in-law and Ned’s wife Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) being co-owner of the hotel, she could bring a premises liability lawsuit!

Tracy’s been trying to worm her way into a corporate takeover of Deception Cosmetics, whose offices are in the Metro Court anyway, along with Crimson Magazine.

Aurora Media’s offices are still there as well, and if Tracy sues for enough money, she can put the entities out of business and then buy them. Since Tracy couldn’t make her accusations of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) trying to murder Ned stick, a premises liability lawsuit is the next best thing.

It’s not revenge against Drew and certainly not against Olivia or even Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) or Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). It’s just smart Quartermaine-style business-the survival of the fittest.

GH Spoilers – This Move Also Gets Rid Of Valentin Cassadine’s Influence

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) not only is co-CEO of ELQ, he’s also a major owner in Deception Cosmetics. By suing the hotel and every company doing business in it out of their socks, she gets rid of him at Deception; with Ned disabled she can fire Valentin at ELQ.

It’s a win-win all around for Tracy and she has a clear cut case-the hotel staff was negligent in cleaning around the pool and leaving those wet towels there. There’s just one problem with her idea – and again, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) might be the one to bust all her dreams-it’s her fault they didn’t clean up the area.

She shut the whole area down so she and Drew could have that private conversation, with Chase and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) being rushed away and leaving their towels!

Even if Chase has the security footage from that night it doesn’t matter- she didn’t own the hotel then and the staff shouldn’t have allowed themselves to be bullied.

Even if Tracy herself was the bully, that’s no way to run a business, allowing one of the co-owner’s mother in law to call the shots. Tracy seems to excel in circular reasoning, and she’ll find some way to keep that footage out of court-what did they do with that thing?

Tracy might be able to get that footage and destroy it since there’s no impending murder case since Chase used it to call her bluff regarding Drew. There’s got to be some crooked cop at the PCPD she can pay to get rid of that tape for her.
