GH Spoilers: Mac And Chase Face A Dilemma-Would They Really Turn Dante Into The FBI Over Sonny?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease that Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) face a dilemma. Would they really turn Dante Falconeri into the FBI over his father being Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?

General Hospital Spoilers – Report Sonny Corinthos’ Son

FBI Agent Moss (Jeff LeBeau) came into the PCPD wanting them to contact him with any suspicious activity of Dante leaking police secrets to Sonny.

Moss found that a mobster having a son in the police department posed a great risk, although it actually is not his business.

Chase is Dante’s partner and Mac has never had cause to question Dante’s loyalty, so this was a difficult request to hear.

Dante has had to walk a fine line as a cop with a mobster father, to be sure—in fact, he came to Port Charles over an investigation involving Sonny.

Once the truth was revealed, Dante usually steered as clear as he could in any investigation like the one the FBI is suggesting.

GH Spoilers – A Fine Line, Indeed

Mac and Chase have been put in a very awkward position with this FBI agent inserting himself into a takedown of Sonny after they dropped the charges.

One can’t just put a man in prison over shipments of coffee beans in Pikeman crates, and now they are looking for something else to give legitimacy to their surveillance.

Mac agrees that Sonny probably has something going on that involves Pikeman, but exactly what, he isn’t sure-and Chase agrees with him.

This isn’t the first time that a rival group of some kind has wanted access through Sonny’s “territory” and Mac is sure that it won’t be the last.

The FBI was led down the garden path and embarrassed, and now they want to score a major takedown to restore their reputation.

General Hospital Spoilers – Turn A Blind Eye-No, Not Exactly..

It’s not like Mac or Chase or any other members of the PCPD would turn a blind eye if they thought Dante was giving proprietary information to Sonny.

Mac doesn’t think Agent Moss’s request warrants an internal affairs investigation or any surveillance, Dante hasn’t offended. They have enough cases to solve without babysitting one of their best detectives.

If either of them were to witness some suspicious interaction between Dante and Sonny they would ask questions.

But for now, Dante being in the courtroom when his father was being charged with national security violations doesn’t warrant any special surveillance; Agent Moss is definitely overstepping.
