GH Spoilers: Luke Spencer Is Back To Save His Namesake From Victor

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) is back in action and about to return to Port Charles in a pretty big way — considering he’s supposed to be dead. It’s been a long few years without Luke in Port Charles. His daughter, Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan), is in a coma. His sons, Ethan Lovett (James Ryan) and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), are both missing in action.

Why the charade though? Perhaps staging his death was the best way for Luke to get Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) to let his guard down. Believing he managed to kill Luke and get him out of the way would help Luke to stage a massive takedown and wipe Victor off the planet. Besides, no one can prosecute a dead man, right? The problem is, Luke’s family is at risk — and that includes his sons and daughter.

General Hospital Spoilers — Spencer Cassadine Is At Serious Risk

Spencer is at particular risk because Victor doesn’t need him around the same way he needs Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to tend to Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) healthcare. Victor likely has another need for Liesl, too, and possibly other patients.

Spencer is disposable and could be tossed aside when Victor tires of his vindictiveness and lack of respect for Victor’s alleged authority. Spencer might not be biological family to Luke but he’s family nonetheless, and Luke would do anything for Laura. Spencer is half her heart, and Nikolas is on board that ship in a coma — but he’s not the only one.

One would think that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) would be notified if her daughter was moved out of the long-term medical care facility she placed her in, but Victor has managed to dupe Laura once again. He knows nothing matters to her more than her family, and that is exactly what he intends to target. Luke has been biding his time and waiting for the right moment to strike Victor, after compiling enough evidence against him, but when he learns that Victor has taken Lulu, he’ll break ties with his plans and act on emotion.

If Luke comes back from the grave, he’s going to floor the people who grieved hard for him. He’ll also have to explain himself with regard to why he thought he couldn’t clue any of them in. On the other hand, a few key people may have known the whole time that he was alive — including Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), who is already home.
