Michael has neither the experience nor the knowledge to do Sonny’s job better than Sonny himself. Let’s not forget that Michael recently attempted to throw Sonny behind bars, which could have been a catastrophic move for the entire mob family. Simply put, Michael isn’t exactly known for his decision-making skills.

So why should Dex keep coming to Michael for advice on how to handle things? Honestly, Dex is more suited for the job than Michael is! Carly’s plan is not only ill-conceived, but it also puts the entire organization at risk — and that might become more transparent when Krissy looks at it more closely.

This latest twist with Dex assisting Sonny on the down low raises some serious concerns. While Dex may think he’s doing the right thing by going along with Michael and Carly’s plan, the potential for a misunderstanding is strong. Kristina, in particular, could be a major wrench in the works if she gets the wrong idea about what Dex is up to — especially if he and Michael start treating the don like he’s not competent enough to steer his own ship.
