GH Spoilers: Josslyn Prevents A Tragedy-Talks Adam Off The Ledge?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) could be sadly contemplating suicide, and it may be up to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to stop him.

Adam is under terrible pressure and already on psychiatric meds for ADHD, and his perfectionistic parents expect perfection from him!

General Hospital Spoilers – Adam Wright’s Morbid Comment

Adam made a pretty morbid comment when he was waiting on the results of his makeup test recently with Josslyn in her dorm room-it was like he was afraid to see.

He told her if the test didn’t get high enough of a grade he may as well just jump over a bridge, and she told him not to say that.

Adam apologized and told Josslyn it was a bad joke based on his terrible case of nerves but it had to come from somewhere.

It’s like no matter what he says or does, he can never garner the approval of his parents, whose expectations are not just becoming a doctor but a world renowned one.

Adam spent Thanksgiving alone and it saddened Josslyn, and saddened Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) even more-she’d have welcomed him at theirs, but Adam’s story seems to be heading towards suicide.

GH Spoilers – Adam Wright Is Prone To Lying And Covering His Truths

Adam has proven he’s prone to lying and covering, as witnessed by his telling his dad he had to make up his test because of taking Josslyn to the ER.

It’s like his dad would not have accepted the real reason, so Adam had to make something up to avoid a confrontation, when it was actually Adam who caused it.

This time, Adam’s like might be that he has Christmas plans when he really doesn’t to avoid Josslyn feeling sorry for him and inviting him to her Christmas.

Perhaps his parents are such workaholics that time off, vacations or holidays are frowned upon and something not excused.

General Hospital Spoilers – A Jump, An Overdose Of Pills?

Adam may not literally jump off a bridge, perhaps thinking of the footbridge known as “Robin’s Bridge” where Stone Cates (Michael Sutton) and Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) used to meet.

He could jump from any variety of high places, from a high dorm room at PCU, the roof of General Hospital, or the Metro Court.

Or he may choose to run out in front of a speeding ambulance since the pressure’s on to become a doctor, or he could overdose on his meds.

But however Adam tries to take his own life, if that’s what he’s planning to do, it would make great drama for Joss, to intervene and save his life.

Or, it could be Joss and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) or even Joss and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
