GH Spoilers: Is Kristina Corinthos-Davis Behind The Pikeman Deal?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that actress Lexi Ainsworth is out as Kristina Corinthos-Davis and actress Kate Mansi has been recast in the role. This move could end up changing the personality of the Kristina character drastically. Could this mean a major change in Ms. Corinthos-Davis’s storyline, too?

GH spoilers hint that Kate Mansi will enter the role of Kristina the week of May 22nd. It wasn’t too long ago that Kristina approached her dad, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about buying a restaurant.

The mob boss was against the idea as it would take away from the good work she was doing with her volunteering and her duties at Charlie’s Pub.

Kristina wants “more” out of life, she’s made that clear during recent scenes with Sonny and Dex Heller (Evan Hofter). Could she be working behind the scenes to achieve this, without the help of her dad?

Sonny recently bought Kristina a present in the form of opening a charity for her to run and provided a list of properties that could be used as transitional housing for homeless youth.

While the move seems to continue to prove that Corinthos is a mob boss with a heart of gold, there may be something deeper to it all.

What if Kristina “pretended” to back off from her “dream” when Sonny rejected his offer to help her open up a restaurant, initially some weeks back?

While opening a youth group home aligns more with her passion, perhaps Kristina decided to take matters into her own hands and jump into the world of mob bossing, like her dad.

She could be behind the Pikeman deal, and because she’s “Sonny’s daughter”, everyone is keeping hush-hush about it.

She not only has Corinthos blood running through her veins but also Cassadine. The Pikeman shipment may have merely been a means to an end.

Since she isn’t aware that Dex and her brother Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) were using the deal to nail her father, she may have seen it all as a “win-win” situation. She gets money to fund her next project, while Sonny gets a shipment of explosives to help his business out, too.
