General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that fans should brace themselves, as it looks like some plot twists are on the horizon.

Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) had one of those dreams you can’t shake recently when her dead mom Harmony Miller (Inga Candranel) offered a cryptic warning while she was asleep.

Fans online have been analyzing Harmony’s exact words, which weren’t really heard during the dream. It’s hard to tell what was said, but the just of it all was that Willow should “not trust” someone or something.

General Hospital Spoilers – The Nina Reeves Factor

GH spoilers for the fall indicate that Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watros) SEC secret is set to surface soon, so it’s hard for fans not to think that Harmony was “warning” Willow about this.

Overall, Harmony didn’t want Willow to learn the truth about Nina being her mom, as she believed Ms. Reeves couldn’t be trusted; this was why she swore Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to secrecy on her deathbed.

Still, this storyline seems to be about more than just Nina, and Harmony seemed desperate to protect Willow.

GH Spoilers – Is Nelle Benson Coming Back?

Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) was a massive thorn in her twin sister’s side when she was alive, during a time when the two ladies didn’t realize they were related.

Still, while it’s been years since Benson passed away, fans know all too well that no one ever truly “dies” in the land of daytime drama.

Could Nelle be heading back to Port Charles? This would be impeccable timing. After all, Willow and Ms. Reeves are finally establishing a bond, which would make things between the family trio sticky, as Nina would be interested in getting close to Nelle too, while Willow would be skeptical.

Nelle’s return would throw Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) off her rocker, and Michael Corinthos’s (Chad Duell) protective nature would go into overdrive with his insane ex back in town.

Nelle’s comeback would add chaos and drama, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing to watch unfold on television screens.
