General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, September 1 tease good news, strong cases and big moves.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) has good news, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) makes a strong case and Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) family makes a big move.

General Hospital Spoilers – Good News

Kristina’s having dinner with her father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurce Benard) at the Metro Court and tells him she wants him to be the very first to know.

It sounds like perhaps she’s getting her non-profit off the ground, even having secured transgender Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) on her board of directors.

Terry was very supportive of the idea of a halfway house for LGBTQ+ teenagers going through struggles.

In other areas of Kristina’s life, the news is disappointing-Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) picked someone else for their surrogate. Kristina will likely talk that over with Dad as well.

GH Spoilers – Strong Cases

Continuing their conversation outside Kelly’s, Chase makes a strong case to Brook Lynn Quartermaine, (Amanda Setton) who can’t stand to live with her grandmother anymore.

As long as Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is in Port Charles at the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn will not be there.

Chase makes a strong case to Brook Lynn about moving back in with him, and she may just take him up on it.

Chase already figured out that Tracy had blackmailed Brook Lynn into doing something she didn’t want to do!

General Hospital Spoilers – Quick Changes

Meanwhile, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is with his daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) at the Haven Bistro.

A positive Valentin tells a mopey Charlotte that things are changing as they speak-those things could be just about anything.

Perhaps Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) desire to sell Spoon Island and Wyndemere has gotten to Valentin, and he might want to buy it back.

Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) was with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) when Ava called, and Martin could have told Valentin. But they aren’t the only ones moving!

GH Spoilers – Big Moves

Perhaps Charlotte is mopey to Valentin because the house she once lived in with her mother Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and brother Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr) has new occupants. However, Lulu would totally approve of her best friend Maxie and her family living there.

Maxie’s there with her mother, Felicia Scorpio, (Kristina Wagner) daughter Georgie Spinelli (Eden Harker) and son James West (Gary James Fuller).

She announces to them “this is our new house,” although baby Bailey Jones (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) doesn’t seem to be there. Maybe Grandpa Mac Scorpio (John J. York) is babysitting.

General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault’s Reassurance

At Pentonville, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) appears to be in the prison library as he reassures a woman (unidentified actor/character) everything is as it’s meant to be.

One could think he’s providing spiritual guidance to a group of disciples, as in the background another woman can be seen with a man in prison garb.

Cyrus had said that he was going to do what he felt God told him to with the rest of his time on earth.

He’s tried to convince Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) many times to join his Bible study group and Drew’s turned him down every time. Perhaps this is the group Cyrus has been referring to.

GH Spoilers – Josslyn Jacks Opens Up To Carly Spencer

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) opens up to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) at Kelly’s, who notes she was thinking her daughter was going to change, but that’s not going to happen.

Josslyn was very disappointed that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) has been so busy with his work for Sonny that they haven’t had alone time together.

He even cancelled a date to a concert they had tickets to, and she chose not to go by herself-although Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) may have gone.

Joss likely complains about Sonny and the business, even though Carly has told her if Sonny was out of the way crime in Port Charles would be even worse!
