General Hospital Spoilers suggest that Nina didn’t hesitate when it came to turning in Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) for insider trading. Nina is still upset with Carly over not telling her the truth about Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nina is jealous of her relationship with Carly.

Nina’s choices have caused a huge mess and could put her relationship with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in jeopardy. Nina believes she had covered all of her bases but Lucy is very suspicious of some of Martin’s actions.

However, Lucy may think that Nina is paying Martin for information even though he refused to take credit for the Deceptor.

Martin has promised to be quiet about Nina’s involvement with the SEC. However, if Martin does keep quiet, it could cause him major relationship issues. Lucy may even break things off with Martin for fear that he could be cheating on her. Is Martin willing to come clean to save his relationship with Lucy? Will Martin give up Nina in the end?

Chances are that Martin isn’t going to want to lose Lucy, especially over Nina. Martin could certainly come up with another story as to why Nina would be sending him money, such as a trust for her grandchildren or something of the sort. How will Martin explain himself to Lucy? Will Lucy believe him in the end?
