GH Spoilers: Esmé Contemplates Giving Ace Laura And Kevin

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will weigh her options after reading Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) scary letter. Maybe Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) would be safer with Laura and Kevin Collins (Genie Francis, Jon Lindstrom) after all.

General Hospital Spoilers – Offer Made, Declined

Esmé did consider Laura and Kevin’s offer to care for Ace in their home until she could care for him herself, but she declined. Laura is Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) grandmother, and Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) mother, and Kevin is Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) twin, although he’s her uncle. Amnesiac Esmé was terrified of Ryan, and couldn’t separate it out when looking at Kevin, and she didn’t want any Cassadines around Ace whatsoever.

However, after getting Heather’s scary letter and reading it, where she warned she’d be back for her and the baby, she reconsiders. She also remembers the mean woman who tried to make trouble and that she or another like her could make lots of trouble.

GH Spoilers – Esmé Prince Has No Idea What’s Going On Behind The Scenes

Of course, Esmé has no idea what’s going on behind the scenes, that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) who came to visit is trying to get her charges dropped. That’s only because Trina thinks Esmé is faking her amnesia and her new self, and if she thinks she’s exonerated the real her will return.

Kevin, however, a psychiatrist thinks her traumatic amnesia is real, and so did Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) when she assessed her. She thought recovery was possible, but with lots of psychotherapy to help her remember-it wouldn’t be spontaneous. General Hospital spoilers show that DA Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Attorney Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) have been discussing it already, and soon paperwork will be filed and Esmé notified.

General Hospital Spoilers – Esmé Prince Continues To Consider The Offer

Esmé continues to consider the offer, but she would only accept it if Spencer and Nikolas aren’t allowed near her baby. She hasn’t seen Nikolas in a long time and she obviously doesn’t know he’s missing-Spencer’s been to see her a couple of times. Esmé refuses to engage Spencer in a ridiculous custody fight, he’s only Ace’s big brother, not his father, although Spencer doesn’t want Nikolas near him either.

There is that – but the problem with Spencer is he won’t consider shared custody; he doesn’t want Esmé to have anything to do with her baby either! But Laura does agree that Spencer is wrong and he cannot take a baby from his mother-now, if she can get Laura to enforce what she says.
