GH Spoilers: Drew Tells Carly Ned Is Breathing Down His Neck — How Will They Thwart His Threats?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers leak Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will be hot under the collar after a conversation with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) soon. When Ned reminds Drew that the tentative situation with Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) health won’t keep their differences at bay forever, Drew is going to grow concerned that Ned is all too eager to head back down the rocky road of exploring turning Drew and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) into the SEC for insider trading.

When the merger between Aurora Media and ELQ didn’t happen, it left Carly in dire straits, having invested her half of the Metro Court Hotel in the merger — a move she wouldn’t have made had she not known insider information she shouldn’t have known. She might have thought that the worst of this situation was behind her, but she thought wrong.

Drew and Ned haven’t seen eye to eye over the last year, and nothing has forced them to clear the air. Still, they both knew the time was coming when they would have to bridge the gap and talk about what transpired again, and this time, Ned won’t back down. When he threatens to turn Drew in to the SEC, Drew will know he means business.

Drew is all about transparency and honesty in a relationship, and he’s hopeful that his continued display of that will rub off on his secret-loving girlfriend, Carly. When Drew tracks Carly down and tells her Ned is seriously threatening to turn them both in, Carly is going to panic. This is the last thing she needs right now. Her family has been to hell and back trying to secure a bone marrow donor for Willow and kick cancer to the curb. They can’t handle another bad blow or an attack on their family at this time.

Her solution? Run to her ex-husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and hope he’ll save her the way he always does.
