GH Spoilers: Did Esmé KILL Her Adoptive Parents?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Esme may have a very dark secret lurking in her past, one that even she doesn’t know about. Esme has talked a good game the last few months, acting innocent while suffering from amnesia. It would be unlikely that the show would pull a plot twist now and reveal that she has been faking it all along.

The amnesia gives the new mom a chance to start over in Port Charles, NY. Her past crimes are heinous and include drugging someone as well as posting a sex tape without the couple’s knowledge.

She now knows who her parents are, renowned psychos Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills). With DNA like that, she was never going to be Homecoming Queen.

And yet having her son Ace to care for seems to have cemented her new and improved personality changes. She adores her baby and he is the only person who adores her back.

For now Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is letting Esme work at the paper and she recently went off the rails when she found boxes of clippings about her.

After freaking out about the story Alexis wants to run, Esme went to see Heather. During the course of the awkward conversation, the topic of her adoptive parents came up.

It was a dramatic and tense moment and now social media is burning up with speculation that Esme killed her adoptive parents!

Fans know that she is capable of such behavior based on the terrible things she did in Port Charles.

Is it possible that Esme offed her parents and either suppressed the memory from herself before her amnesia?

Or could it be that she is aware of what she may have done, and the current amnesia is preventing her from remembering?
