General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will continue to bond. While the henchman was brought into Port Charles by Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to bring his mob-boss dad down, Heller and Corinthos have gotten closer in recent weeks. Will the henchman end up nailing Sonny during the Pikeman shipment, or will he cross sides and decide to help the mob boss when all is said and done?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers imply that Dex will start to have mixed emotions where Sonny is concerned. After all, not only has the mob boss gone above and beyond to take care of Heller during his time of need, but Dex has also seen a softer side to Sonny. He may eventually realize that Corinthos may be a criminal, but he is not the ruthless mob boss that Michael has painted him out to be.

Added teasers for the week of March 26th reveal that Dex will stumble across something “gruesome”. Could he find Sonny, injured from an explosion or a shooting? He’ll likely do all he can to help the mob boss, the way Corinthos assisted him. If Sonny gets hurt, and Michael fluffs it all off, Dex could see another side to his real “boss”; one that he doesn’t like.

Prison time is one thing, but if an incident causes Sonny to fight for his life, and his son Michael shows zero remorse or concern for his dad; Dex may decide to flip sides and turn on Michael. He’ll likely wait until Corinthos recovers from whatever ailment he has to come clean. Or he may just tell Michael that he’s done with lying to Sonny and simply cut off the deal altogether. That way, he can continue to work for Corinthos, without throwing his son under the bus.
