GH Spoilers: Dante Grasps At Straws Trying To Get Dex To Crack

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is struggling to understand what’s really going on with his father’s business these days. The concern that he may someday have to put his old man, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) behind bars is never far from Dante’s mind.

A few months ago, Dante caught wind of a story that Sonny had his henchman, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) tied up and ready to slaughter in the meat freezer of his restaurant, Pozzulo’s. Dante confirmed the bruises on Dex’s wrists himself but the young mob associate refused to leak a word of what happened to Dante. Now, Dante will face the same resistance as he attempts to coax the truth out of Dex about what happened on New Year’s Eve.

General Hospital Spoilers — Joss Jacks Wasn’t Alone On Pier 55

Now that Dante knows that Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) was on the same pier the night that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) was killed by The Hook, and that it was Joss whom Britt was trying to protect, he hasn’t stopped to question whether or not Joss was alone.

She seemed forthcoming with her testimony and he has no reason to doubt it; that is — until new evidence comes to light that makes it clear someone else was on that pier, too. Will the police find gunshot residue, or might a witness come forward who claims to have heard a gun fire off during the ladies’ scuffle with The Hook?

GH Spoilers – Hint Dante Falconeri Jumps To The Wrong Conclusion

When the police discover that Dex was also on the pier when Britt and Joss were attacked, Dante might let his mind take him to the worst possible place. Will he assume Sonny’s henchman is somehow involved and that Sonny and The Hook are at odds? When Dex is questioned, he won’t roll over on Joss, but she might be tempted to come clean about her whereabouts after they left the pier just to clear his name — although it will certainly mar her reputation with Cam. Dante may assume Dex is loyal to a fault to Sonny, but he’s got it all wrong as Dex’s loyalty really lies with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

Dex has his own reasons for wanting to take Sonny down, but he can’t just let the police follow a trail of breadcrumbs to Sonny that he conveniently drops. Sonny will find out, and Dante will most certainly know Dex is out to get him. Will Dante look the other way when Dex tries to plant seeds to take Sonny down, or might he alert his dad to what’s going on with his newest associate?
