GH Spoilers: Dante And Sam Are Headed To England — And Down The Aisle

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) are about to get spirited away to London, England. Sam just got done gushing to her bestie, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), about how excited she is to take the trip — even if it is a work meets play getaway. Dante has been working on Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) case for months with few leads turning up anything about Esme’s life.

Sam has also worked on the case off and on, but this is the first time she and her beau are joining forces to figure it out. Their latest question pokes at her past in search of her former nanny, Maggie Fitzgerald. They are hopeful that if they find Maggie, they can track down her birth father. Of course, amidst the search for Maggie, Dante might be on a search of his own — for the perfect time and place to pop the question!

Obviously, Sam is going to say yes. She loves Dante and they’ve been headed for happily ever after for some time now. She wasn’t expecting this kind of surprise when they were overseas to solve a case, but she will come home beaming from ear to ear and showing off the rock the cop put on her hand. Their children will be eager to blend their families and all of their parents will happily approve of this couple finding each other. Can it get any better than this? Maybe not, but it sure can get worse, and it will.

GH Spoilers – Hint They’ve Both Done This Before

According to General Hospital spoilers, Dante and Sam have both done this marriage thing before. They know what they’re getting into. They’re comfortable with one another’s families and are excited to build a future together. It’s too bad they’re terribly unlikely to ever see that future come to fruition. Will Dante’s past secrets from his criminal escapades with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) come to light and leave Sam second-guessing their nuptials? Maybe, but rumor has it something much bigger than that is headed their way.

Of course, Dante and Sam riding off into the sunset to rehab their kitchen while the kids play upstairs for the rest of their lives sounds ideal, but Port Charles isn’t the place for happy endings. We know what lies ahead. If Dante and Sam are planning a wedding, it can only mean someone is about to unravel all of their hopes and dreams that await them.

Could that someone be Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan)? Will Lulu awaken from her coma soon full of the same love for Dante she had when she was nearly killed in an explosion at The Floating Rib?
