General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that months back it was revealed that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), not Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews), was Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) biological father. Since then a legion of GH fans remain convinced that the DNA tests were altered. Are we about to see a reversal in this controversial plot twist?

For starters, oily Selina Wu (Lydia Look) told Curtis she could arrange to have his paternity test come out any way he wanted.

Curtis said no, but it’s not beyond Selina to have tampered with the results so as to gain leverage over Curtis.

Someone of Selina’s stature could have bribed a lab worker to doctor the DNA tests meaning that Taggert is actually Trina’s bio dad.

With Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) now out of prison, this information would be something he could use to his advantage, especially if Cyrus and Selina are in cahoots.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that this summer Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) bowed to someone at a “business” meeting and it could have been that it was Selina who was there at Cyrus’ request.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is pushing Curtis in ways he is not ready to go, following the shooting that has him in a wheelchair.

His one delight in life is his newfound father-daughter connection with Trina. The thought of losing her might make Curtis very vulnerable to the wrong people, like Cyrus or Selina.

Selina has been intentional in wanting to buy his nightclub The Savoy. Curtis has resisted but if it came down to losing the club or losing Trina, fans know which one he would choose to keep.

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Cyrus has more bad behavior coming Trina’s way. Does this mean he intends to hold her paternity as leverage against Curtis? Cyrus is definitely not reformed as he preaches.

He will cause major damage in Port Charles, New York in the coming days and weeks ahead.

Then again, he might use the DNA info to convince Trina to encourage Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) to forgive him and allow a relationship with Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay).
