GH Spoilers: Curtis Wonders Why Stella And Portia Are Suddenly At Odds

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) might be skipping off to tend to last-minute wedding details like picking up the bride’s wedding gown, but they will soon be at odds. Stella and Portia’s back-handed comments and bickering will catch Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) attention quickly as he hopes to squash it before it ruins his big day with his bride-to-be.

Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) may even intervene with good intentions of trying to calm things down, but that’s not in the cards for these future in-laws. Will Stella spill the beans to Curtis?

General Hospital Spoilers — Curtis Ashford Demands Answers

Portia can tell something is wrong with Stella, but it’s unclear whether she will report back to Curtis on that. She can sense something is up, but she’s nervous it could have something to do with Jordan and whatever she may have told Stella. So she will probably keep a lid on her concerns. That being said, Curtis is going to pick up on the problem himself when he notices Stella and Portia bickering and treating each other a bit differently than they normally do. What gives?

GH Spoilers Suggest Stella Henry Puts Portia Robinson On The Spot

When Portia brings up that it seems like her argument with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) started all of this, Stella will bring everything to a screeching halt. Portia might sling some insults Jordan’s way that imply she believes Jordan wants to score another chance with Curtis and is intent to try something drastic to prevent them from getting married.

This will sound preposterous to Curtis, but he’s going to hear his future wife out. That’s when Stella will say enough is enough, and she will tell Curtis that Jordan has no designs on him. When Portia rebuts that Jordan conveniently didn’t file their divorce papers, Stella will come clean and admit to him it was her who didn’t want them divorced, and that Jordan simply took the blame so Curtis wouldn’t have any family conflict with Stella. This will certainly put Portia in her place for the moment.

General Hospital Spoilers — Portia Robinson Stands Her Ground

Portia won’t have any problem putting Stella in her place either, just as she felt entitled to do to Jordan. She may tell Stella to stay out of her business and personal relationship with Curtis, too. Stella could confront Portia and tell her what she knows, but Portia would likely leave Stella waiting on her and hoping she tells Curtis while she watches her go on to marry him.

Either way, it’s going to become clear to Stella quickly that Portia has no intention of ever telling Curtis that Trina may be his daughter. Stella will have to make a tough decision about whether she can be on board with keeping that secret for the sake of Curtis’ happiness.
