GH Spoilers: Curtis Will Make Sure Portia Ends Up Wanting That Annulment

General Hospital (GH) spoilers claim Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is fighting tooth and nail for her marriage. Before Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) was shot, she wasn’t sure she wanted to be his wifey anymore. He had stepped out on her during their time apart and kissed his ex-wife, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).

This has led to all kinds of questions and insecurities on Portia’s part and she still wonders if he is truly over his ex. How can she build a future with a man who hasn’t moved on from his last marriage?

No worries, he doesn’t want her to anymore. Now that Curtis is paralyzed, he doesn’t want to hold Portia back. He’ll do anything to make sure she isn’t, too.

General Hospital Spoilers — Curtis Ashford Pushes Portia Robinson Away

Curtis has been pushing Portia to the side for the last few days in the hospital. They don’t see eye to eye on his diagnosis and he doesn’t want to hear any more of her encouragement that his life in a wheelchair will be just fine.

That’s not acceptable to him. Curtis tried to put Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Portia on a list of visitors he wouldn’t accept, but Portia burst into the room anyway and told him how it’s going to be. She’s taking him home and that’s that — or so she thinks.

GH Spoilers – Suggest Wifey Signs the Papers

Curtis isn’t playing around. He’s going to take Portia up on her offer because he’s more than ready to get out of that hospital bed and head home. But when he gets there, he’ll be calling a lawyer to draft papers. If she’s not going to file for an annulment, he will.

If she’s not going to agree to that, he’ll pursue divorce. Curtis isn’t in the mood to mess around with feelings right now; he wants out of this marriage because he believes it’s for Portia’s own good.

Curtis doesn’t really want to part ways with his wife. Before he was shot, he was doing his best to earn her trust back and try to mend their broken marriage. But this has changed everything for him.

He doesn’t want to be a burden to anyone — or at least that’s what he says. But rumor has it Curtis could float back in Jordan’s direction, and that might leave Portia questioning whether his attempts to end their marriage are truly about his condition — or wanting an excuse to break it off with her.
