GH Spoilers: Chase’s Confession Will Shock Everyone — and Save Willow’s Life

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) has something weighing on his mind, and now that it looks like Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) isn’t going to make it home in time to save Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) life, he’s going to be compelled to speak up. Chase and Willow have been through quite a lot together, and it’s pained him greatly to keep this secret from her.

Now, he’s going to be forced to choose between the career he just got his hands on again and Willow’s life. It won’t be a hard decision for him to make, but he’s going to start questioning how much right he ever had to hold Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to task for compromising her morals for self-serving reasons.

General Hospital Spoilers — Willow Tait And Harrison Chase Have A History

Willow and Chase became friends years back and it didn’t take the young cop long to learn how much more worthwhile she was of his time than Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) ever was.

Still, he had a history with Nelle, too. They met in Florida and she completely swindled him as he fell hard for her. Ironically, much of the same was headed his way with Willow, but he was able to forgive her for marrying him out of pity while she was actually in love with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

Willow has been so pleased that they didn’t lose their friendship through it all, but that might be tested now.

GH Spoilers – Hint Nelle Benson Is Alive

When Chase confesses to Michael and Willow that Nelle is actually alive — and he knows where she is — their world is going to come to a screeching halt. Willow is lying here dying.

Yes. And the entire time, Chase has known where her twin sister is who would probably be the strongest match for her bone marrow? Yes.

Chase will have his work cut out for him making them understand the mental gymnastics he’s gone through keeping this to himself since the day he pretended to confirm the remains found beneath that cliff were Nelle’s, knowing he was lying and letting her get away.

Now, it’ll be a race against time as everyone tries to track Nelle down and convince her to get tested and donate her bone marrow to save Willow’s life.

We can just imagine the hurdles that lie ahead since Nelle was left feeling like Willow and Michael took everything from her — including her son, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver).

She may try to negotiate a place back in her son’s life in trade for her bone marrow. Meanwhile, Chase is going to have another apology to dish up when Willow is done with him.
