GH Spoilers: Chase Uncovers Nina’s Secret

General Hospital’s Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has dug quite a hole for herself. It is getting deeper by the minute. Reporting Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to the SEC was a big mistake and she may lose everything.

Her fiance Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will not forgive her when he finds out that she was the one who turned in the mother of his children. Not to mention that she can forget any hope of a relationship with her long-lost daughter Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). She loves Carly and what Nina did will be unforgivable to her.

It looks like Nina will soon be the Port Charles pariah. How will the truth finally come out?

General Hospital Spoilers  – Nina Reeves Got Lucky When Ned Quartermaine Fell Into The Pool

The only people who know that Nina is the culprit are her lawyer, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), and her friend Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Everyone on GH assumed that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) was the guilty party, and Nina was more than happy to let him take the fall. Ned learned the truth when he overheard a conversation between Nina and Martin.

Fortunately for Nina, but unfortunately for Ned, he fell into the Metro Court Pool and was put into a medicated coma. Now that Ned is awake, he seems to believe he is Eddie Maine, which was his stage name when he was a singer in the 90s. Ned (or Eddie) has completely forgotten what he heard about Nina. She is home-free (for now).

Drew has taken the fall for the insider trading charges and was sentenced to three years in Pentonville prison. Even this awful news hasn’t made Nina come clean about what she did. She is only trying to protect herself.

GH Spoilers  – Detective Harrison Chase Becomes Suspicious Of Nina Reeves

The always charming Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) tried to blame Drew for pushing her son into the pool when nothing could be further from the truth. What was she thinking? These days there are cameras everywhere and that is how Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) discovered that Tracy was lying.

Chase may have discovered something else when he viewed the footage of the pool. Ned confronted Nina right before he slipped and fell while running to report the truth to Drew. Nina stood in the background and watched the fall.

Chase is a good detective and is so happy to be back at the PCPD. If he spotted Nina in the video, he would easily put two and two together. He has been looking at her suspiciously so he may have already done so.

Nina is living on borrowed time, especially now that Drew has been sentenced so harshly. Everyone in Port Charles will want to punish whoever caused the harm. Chase can be the hero when he uncovers the truth.
