GH Spoilers: Carly Outraged, Can Drew Calm Her Down Before She’s Charged With Contempt?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will be outraged at Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) SEC trial. Drew and his attorney, Zeke Robinson (Gavin Houston) thought he had a deal for six months in Spring Ridge-instead, he’s going to Pentonville for two years and Carly lets loose!

General Hospital Spoilers – The Judge Rejected The Plea Bargain

Prior to the trial, there was one judge and the prosecutor and Zeke worked out a plea bargain with that judge prior to the trial. Drew had updated Carly that it wouldn’t be that bad, six months in Spring Ridge, the minimum security prison with no one all that dangerous there. That wouldn’t be so bad, and visitation isn’t with two people on a red phone on two sides of a glass.

But when Zeke, Drew, Carly, and other interested friends and family allowed to attend the trial get there, it’s a different judge who comes to sit behind the podium. There was no warning to Zeke or even to the prosecutor, and they should have been told-and what’s worse, the judge has a bias against the military.

GH Spoilers – Carly Spencer Is Outraged And Tries To Get Drew Cain To Change His Plea

When the judge announces that Drew will be remanded to Pentonville for two years, Carly is outraged and tried to get him to change his plea. Neither Pentonville nor Spring Ridge are a federal prison, but at least they’re closer-the closest white collar prison is in the Midwest, where Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was at first. Even he was transferred to Pentonville, although he’s probably the least of potential problems for Drew behind bars there; but Drew tells Carly he will have to accept his fate. So will she and his other loved ones and supporters, because it’s too late and the plea cannot be changed now, although possibly Zeke could contest it.

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Spencer Lets Loose, Could Be Held In Contempt Of Court!

Carly lets loose in front of everyone including the judge, who has not yet left the podium, as only Carly can, and Drew tries to calm her down. If she doesn’t calm down she could be held in contempt of court and there’s a possibility this judge could have her jailed for it right then and there! She verbally attacks the judge, she invokes the Quartermaine name, asking if they know who the Quartermaines are, she comes close to invoking Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) name but stops herself.

Drew finally gets Carly to be quiet before the judge has her arrested and taken out for a bailiff. He reminds her that he’s endured worse captivity than a prison like Pentonville, he was held captive in a Cassadine dungeon and he will be all right!
