GH Spoilers: Carly Outed, Drew Shocked-Will ‘Crew’ Survive Carly’s Lies?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will soon be outed, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will be shocked. Will ‘Crew’ survive Carly’s lies or will Drew dump her for keeping Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother a secret?

General Hospital Spoilers – Lies, Lies, And More Lies

If there’s one thing that Drew can’t stand, it’s a liar – and Carly has been a lying liar who lies, although her lies have been mostly ones of omission. When Willow’s “mother” Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) was on her deathbed, she told Carly the truth but swore her to secrecy, not wanting to blow up Willow’s life. Harmony had confessed that Willow was one of a set of twin baby girls Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) gave birth to in a coma, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) the other.

After Harmony’s death, Drew caught Carly red-handed stealing a glass Nina had just drunk out of at Charlie’s Pub and called her out. After she explained she wanted to find out if Harmony was telling the truth, he helped her get Willow’s DNA.

GH Spoilers – Carly Spencer Made A Promise

Carly made a promise to Drew in exchange for his helping her get Willow’s DNA, which was by going into the gatehouse when no one was home and getting a toothbrush. He made her promise to tell him the findings when the DNA test back,  and the DNA test proved Willow was Nina’s but she lied and said it didn’t. The whole matter was dropped and Carly’s lie was safe until recently, when Willow confessed to Drew she has leukemia and needed a bone marrow donor-a family member best.

General Hospital spoilers show that Drew started looking and thought he’d tracked down commune members but Denise McKenzie (Alice Rietveld) was paid by Carly to lie and Carly stole his file on Joshua Black (Allen Marsh). Carly will have to answer to Drew and defend her actions when he finds out she lied about that DNA test and she finds out Willow needs a bone marrow donor.

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain Withheld Willow Tait’s Condition

Carly could argue that Drew withheld Willow’s condition from her too, but he promised her he wouldn’t tell anyone-she hadn’t even told Michael at that time. It’s possible the truth could come out one of two different ways – either Drew’s contact from the newspaper where the commune is finds Josiah, or it could come out another way. Nina’s first cousin, who would have been Willow’s first cousin once removed, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) was a victim of The Hook, it’s possible her autopsy results will reveal a match.

It’s possible Britt signed up as an organ donor prior to her Huntington’s Disease diagnosis and never revoked it, although with the hook toxin they couldn’t use it. She would still show up in the registry as a close match, indicating a relative, which could lead to the truth about Nina, and it could be the end of ‘Crew’.
