GH Spoilers: Carly Brings Cam Back To Town To Restore Kelly’s — And Her Daughter

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) might not know it at the time, but the next few moves she makes are going to set the stage for a major transformation in her daughter’s life. Carly is no stranger to waffling back and forth between two men; she’s done that for most of her adult life.

But Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) isn’t used to it, and she wasn’t a big fan of it while trying to make up her mind about Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). So when Carly brings Cam back to Port Charles to finish out the summer fixing up Kelly’s with her, Joss may or may not appreciate the cramp in her style.

Carly wasn’t sure how she would be able to pay the $5 Million fine to the SEC without sacrificing everything —- including the family home. Now, she sees a glimmer of hope that she may not have to sell the place for good. But it’s going to take some hard work at Kelly’s and possibly renting out her home while she lives above it with Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) to stay afloat. Carly will do whatever it takes to make sure her family is stable and taken care of — even if it means climbing behind the counter herself to serve coffee.

The first thing Carly will need to lift Kelly’s up and restore it to what it once was is someone who knows their way around the place like the back of their hand. Who better to fit the bill than Cam? He was practically running Kelly’s on his own for Bobbie Spencer (Jaclyn Zeman) before she left on vacation. Cam is living his best life in California, but school breaks on the west coast, too. Could Carly pry him away from the sand and surf long enough to come show her the ropes?

Joss may be surprised to hear her mom has enlisted her ex and lifelong best friend to help her transform Kelly’s, but then, she will agree there is no one better for the job. Besides, Cam could use the spending money. Life costs more in California. He won’t be home for long, but the time he does spend there fixing the place up alongside Joss — who will jump in and lend a hand to please her mom — might get her wheels turning about what she left behind when she jumped into bed with Dex.
