GH Spoilers: Can Dante Protect Sam When The PCPD Has Questions?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may soon find himself in a sticky situation with his boys in blue. He’s dodged a number of uncomfortable implications over the years that he was giving his criminal father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), a bit too much grace that stepped outside the confines of the law.

The feds suspect he may have tipped his dad off in advance of their raid. Meanwhile, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) are relying on Dante and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) to bail them out of their cabin fever soon.

Sam’s involvement with Cody’s escapades at Ferncliff could blow back in both their faces. With Dante already implicated, can he keep Sam in the clear when his superiors start asking too many questions?

GH Spoilers— Sonny Corinthos Complicates Matters

The PCPD has no grounds to investigate Sonny right now. Bringing him in for interrogation won’t help matters and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) would be on it right away.

When Sonny refuses to cough up any information about how he knew the feds were coming for him, Dante could be left hung out to dry. Is the don really going to let his boy go down like that?

General Hospital Spoilers —Reveal Dante Falconeri Is Innocent Mostly

It’s not going to help Dante being under the scrutiny of the authorities for one crime when he’s actually committing another. He knew he was breaking the law when he went with Sam to meet Cody and Sasha.

We haven’t seen Dante act that carelessly about his profession in a long time, but something tells us we’re going to see more of it.

His eagerness to pitch in and help when Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Sonny decided to work together to find out who was behind the Metro Court pool shooting was a red flag and went against Dante’s typical nature as a boy on the right side of the law.

He may not be guilty of helping his father and leaking information to him, but he could get pinched for helping his girlfriend and two escaped mental patients.

General Hospital Spoilers — Sam McCal Isn’t So Innocent

Dante might be able to lie his way through this if he avoids further compromising himself. But for all he knows, the feds have already been tailing him and followed him to the cabin where Cody and Sasha are holed up.

Why haven’t they arrested them? Perhaps they think watching and waiting is a better long game if it will help them trap a corrupt cop.

There is a chance they have no idea where Cody and Sasha are, too, but another misstep by Dante could lead the authorities straight to them.
