GH Spoilers: Cameron Learns His Mother Betrayed Him By Protecting Esme — and Vows Revenge

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton) is going to be furious with his mother, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), when he learns how she helped Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) to keep Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) locked up at Wyndemere instead of having her thrown in prison where he strongly feels she belongs.

After all that Esme did and the effects of her actions on Cam’s relationship with Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy), Cam cannot believe his mother would put Nikolas’ wants ahead of Cam’s needs. When she tells him what she’s done, he’s not going to react kindly, and his anger is going to continue to brew.

Esme taped Cam and Joss having sex for the first time and then distributed the recording as revenge porn all over the PCU campus where they attend school. Not only did she break the law, but Esme’s actions left Cam and Joss broken. Their relationship was irretrievable, and their friendship was decimated, too. Now, it’s all lost and Cam doesn’t believe they’ll ever get it back, even though he blames Joss a great deal for ultimately cheating on him with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).

GH Spoilers – Hint Hamilton Finn Circles Back Around

Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) continues to remain in Elizabeth’s corner, and despite her attempts to scare him away, he’s not going anywhere. Fans are split on whether or not they want this couple to work out. Some are quite tired of the back and forth, while others say they both deserve to be happy. Still, when Finn makes it known to Cam how very much he supports Elizabeth and thinks she deserves his forgiveness — noting she never had to tell him or the police the truth, Cam is going to take a keen interest in just how supportive Finn is of Elizabeth.

When the opportunity strikes, Cam is going to use Finn as leverage against Elizabeth. He feels his mother made a mess of his relationship with Joss and that it’s only fair he repay the favor, so to speak. This is going to be a slow burn, and Elizabeth won’t see it coming as Cam continues to act like his charming self, even sticking up for his mom and pretending to have forgiven her when Joss hasn’t, and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) questions how he’s feeling about her betrayal.
