GH Spoilers: Cam Might Be Headed To College — But His Heart Is In Port Chuck With Someone Else

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber is on his way to Stanford, but his heart is still back in Port Charles. Right now, he’s still trying to get over his heartbreak left by Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) when she broke up with him on New Year’s Eve and subsequently immediately coupled up with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).

Joss seemed to move on rather effortlessly while Cam mourned the loss of the deep relationship he thought he shared with her. However, while he’s away, Cam is going to do some maturing, and he might find out that the easiest way to get over someone is sometimes to fall for somebody else. That someone else will be another young woman back home.

When Cam left for Stanford, he had big dreams on the horizon. That being said, he knew he was leaving behind his first real dream, too.

He thought he and Joss would be together for a lot longer than they were, and he certainly never imagined they would break up in a way that left one of them hurting the other.

He can’t believe Joss would cheat on him in any capacity, but he’s been forced to see her for who she is rather than the girl he grew up with and thought he knew.

GH Spoilers – Tease Cam Webber Will Warm Up To Esme Price

Just before Cam headed to his bon voyage party thrown by his mom and closest friends — including Joss — he stopped by Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) place, and that’s where he found Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) about to take off with her son in tow.

Where was Esme headed? Perhaps she’ll tell him in time as they get to know one another on a long distance basis while he’s away. Cam is going to come to know quite a bit about Esme in that time — or at least, whatever she can remember to tell him.

By the time Cam comes back to town over summer break, he’ll probably jump right back into his role at Kelly’s and help his mom with his little brothers, but that doesn’t mean everything will be the same. Joss is going to be stunned when Cam says he’s seeing someone — and that it’s pretty serious.
