GH Spoilers: Brick And Carly Coupling On The Horizon, Relationship Goals?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith is back this week as Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) “security expert.” Fans sat up and took notice of Brick’s brand new look: he’s ditched the suit and tie for shades, stubble, and a gold chain big enough to tow a boat through the Port Charles, New York waters.

In the past Brick has treated Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) with respect and a hint of sweetness. But today their interaction was on a whole other level—could it be that Brick has a new look because he’s about to get a new lady?

General Hospital Spoilers – Brick And Carly Spencer?

Smith has been open about wanting to be a multihyphenate and he’s well on his way as an actor, author, sports journalist, game show contestant, etc.

Smith loves GH and told ESPN Front “I have four older sisters, and when we came home from school, all the TV’s in the house were on GH. Since I wasn’t allowed outside until I finished my homework, I watched the soap every day.”

In 2016 Benard got him on the show as Brick and the rest is history. In the beginning Brick mostly shook his handsome head yes or no in response to Sonny’s requests.

His lines have steadily increased and Smith’s wish to act, combined with Brick’s new look and swagger, could foretell a bigger role on GH.

GH Spoilers – Stephen A. Is Brick

Sonny could use an additional associate with the absence of Stone Cold Jason Morgan (Steve Burton, now on Days of our Lives as Harris Michaels).

Brick would bring a much-needed intellectual aspect to Sonny’s organization, as Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is the needed muscle.

Is there anything Brick can’t do? The tech pro helped locate Jason when he was missing and fixed dying Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) phone; he even procured bootleg medicinals for Carly.

Brick would be a nice addition to Sonny’s team since IT guru Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) seems too busy to help out fulltime.

General Hospital Spoilers – Will Brick Get A Contract?

This week Sonny and Brick discussed the threat of newly released enemy Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Afterward Carly arrived and Brick nearly fainted (ok, exaggeration, but you get the Polaroid).

In the past, Sonny’s wife Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) snitched to Sonny that she saw Brick and Carly together, with Brick having to reassure Sonny there was no funny business.

Brick is clearly smitten with Carly and today he told her that she is his favorite former Mrs. Corinthos. Tell us GH fans, is Brick interested in Carly? Are we witnessing the genesis of a new soap supercouple? You heard it here first!
