GH Spoilers: Brenda Barrett Returns, Sonny Forgets All About Nina AND Carly?!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that every fan KNOWS Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will dump lying liar of the lies Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) when it’s revealed she snitched out his baby mamma Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to the SEC. Sonny doesn’t do betrayal so Nina may as well slither back to Nixon Falls, PA while she has the chance.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Busted

Nina deliberately ratted out Carly, and her partner in crime Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), in order to neutralize her as a threat. But maybe years spent in a coma tinkered with her brain because she wasn’t thinking clearly and endangered her own daughter Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

She will argue that Carly and Drew are guilty as sin, but she can’t erase the role she played in busting them.

GH spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Doesn’t Do Betrayal

Sonny won’t tolerate Nina within ten feet of him when the truth emerges, and he and Carly have been spending time together as they hash out their next move. This has many fans thinking he will reunite with her once he’s free of Nina. Not so fast.

General Hospital spoilers show Carly is also keeping a secret from Sonny, and that is that their traitor son Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) betrayed his dad and has evidence that could send him to prison. Just in time for Father’s Day.

GH spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Won’t Forgive?

Sonny and Michael have buried the hatchet so she won’t want to reignite their beef, and she doesn’t want Sonny to know that Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) boo Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) was the mole who got the evidence for Michael.

Sonny will eventually find all of this dirt out, and when he does he will be livid at Carly for keeping secrets, just like Nina did which nixes any idea of CarSon riding again.

Is this why there are rumblings in the background about a possible recast of Sonny’s long ago love Brenda Barrett, last played by Vanessa Marcil?
