GH Spoilers: Ava’s Confession, Nina’s Shock-Framing Nikolas For Recent Esmé Murder?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease that Ava Cassadine (Maura West) will confess her plans to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) regarding Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Nina is shocked when Ava plans to use Nikolas’ taped confession from months ago to frame him for a more recent murder of Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).

General Hospital Spoilers – Esmé Prince Missing Again

As far as Ava knows, Esmé has been missing again since she was last seen on the Port Charles pier, when she got away after injuring Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). Ava doesn’t realize that Nikolas has had Esmé captive for months, locked up in a room in the west tower of Wyndemere. Neither does she know that Esmé took a dive off the parapet on her own, causing Nikolas and Elizabeth to fear her death.

After encountering The Hook in his living room but scaring her away, and finding Esmé on the pier later, he was convinced she was The Hook. He didn’t call the police but has been having Elizabeth give Esmé prenatal care since finding out she was pregnant with his baby.

GH Spoilers – Motive, Revenge

Ava has been so hurt and angered by Nikolas over the past couple of years, she absolutely wants nothing further to do with him, and indeed, she wants revenge. She fell in love with him right before he disappeared and faked his death, but she really didn’t know him very well, nor he her. Not only that, but anyone who does know Nikolas knows that he has changed drastically from the man he once was. He changed drastically over those years, from being a loving father who nurtured, protected, and put his little boy first to a conniving manipulator nurturing his manipulative Cassadine side. Nikolas has become a man that Ava doesn’t know anymore, if indeed, she ever did, and even his own mother Laura Collins (Genie Francis) doesn’t like what he’s become.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Tries To Change Her Mind

When Ava tells her plans to her good friend Nina, Nina is shocked and tries to change Ava’s mind, it’s just a bad idea for several reasons. For one thing, they can’t even be sure whether Esmé is alive, dead, or maybe even the Hook, as some suspect and Nina thinks Ava’s playing with fire. What about the date on the recording-does Ava know how to change it to look like it’s current, considering the PCPD forensics department can unearth the date from the computer drive?

Ava confirms she knows how to change the date in the drive of the computer and she already has. It’s only his word against hers that it’s an old recording and he has no idea she still has it-it’s all about revenge and control.
