GH Spoilers: Ava Zips Her Lips When Nina Presses For Dirt On Sonny

General Hospital spoilers tease life has been pretty sweet for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) lately.

She and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) have been planning their upcoming nuptials with all the excitement and giddiness of two teenagers in love.

But it looks like their joy ride is about to take a sharp turn. Bodies are about to start to pile up around Sonny and Ava Jerome (Maura West), and it’s possible that the don will have to take some heat on her behalf.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will be on the case, determined to clear his dear old dad’s name, but he will have trouble shaking the feeling that something is off.

Meanwhile, Nina may start to get a tad suspicious of Sonny’s frequent tête-à-têtes with Ava, and let’s just say she won’t exactly be thrilled about it.

When it comes to love, things can get complicated — especially for Sonny, whose first step is always to put distance between himself and the person he cares about when he feels things might get dangerous.

Rumor has it a third dead body is going to turn up soon. Following Ava’s confession to killing Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), and Gordon Stevens (Maurice Hall) abruptly turning up whacked, when another murder is committed, there might be more blood on Ava’s hands.

Will Sonny shelter her from the consequences of her own actions the same way he always tends to with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) when she’s in over her head?

It’s likely, and Nina isn’t going to understand why he’s going to bat so hard for yet another woman who isn’t her.

GH Spoilers – Leak Ava Jerome Won’t Budge

As much as Nina mike prod and try to pry Ava with martinis about what is going on with Sonny, she’s not going to budge an inch.

The truth is, she’s not keeping Sonny’s secrets — he’s keeping her’s. The last thing she needs is to clue another person in on what she’s done.

She never wanted to tell Sonny in the first place and only did so to keep everyone safe. Telling Nina about Nikolas, Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) involvement, who Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini) really is, or why Sonny is helping her would only serve to make their plan to remedy the situation more unstable.

Word on the street is that Nina is about to take matters into her own hands and confront Sonny after catching him meeting up with Ava when he was supposed to be elsewhere.

Fans are wondering if Nina will resort to blabbering about Ava’s late-night meeting with Sonny to Austin, which could upend everything.

Nina is known for botching plans all because she couldn’t stay out of business that wasn’t her own.

As Nina continues to get in Ava and Sonny’s way and they lean solely on each other to get through this, some viewers are wondering if more than just Nina’s paranoia could develop in the process.
