GH Spoilers: Austin Loses His Cool-Betrayed By Mason, Abandoned By Ava?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) will lose his cool, already being like a volcano ready to blow. He already threatened Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) over Ava Jerome (Maura West) and now he finds out she’s abandoned him thanks to Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey)!

General Hospital Spoilers – Why Did Cyrus Renault Try To Kill Ava Jerome?

Austin hadn’t gotten the whole story just yet when he held Cyrus to the wall with a scalpel at the ready, shouting at him over why he tried to kill Ava.

Cyrus in fact had called Mason to call off the plan after talking to Austin previously, it was Mason who decided to kill her anyway, defying Cyrus’ change of orders.

Austin watched as Cyrus reprimanded Mason for disobeying his orders, and Ava was rescued, but there was more damage done, to Ava and Austin’s relationship.

Mason had flown into a jealous rage and told Ava how jealous he was of Austin, and how he felt like a two-bit redneck because Ava preferred his company over Mason’s.

After Ava was rescued and returned to Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) house for safety, Austin called but she kept rejecting his calls and Austin blames Mason!

GH Spoilers – Cousin Against Cousin

Cyrus acts like he’s related to Austin although the relationship isn’t clear-apparently both Austin and Mason knew Cyrus when they were growing up, and Mason’s worked for him a long time.

When Austin realizes he’s been rejected and abandoned by Ava, a family feud between cousin and cousin soon ensues-as well as the frustration and anger against Cyrus boiling over.

It’s been Mason the whole time trying to at times force Austin into continuing to work for “the family” and trying to get him to return to Pautuck.

All the time Mason kept making intimidating threats towards Austin’s would-be girlfriends and their families, and then the “family business” moved to Port Charles!

General Hospital Spoilers – Austin Gatlin-Holt Loses His Cool, Goes Postal?

Austin really loses his cool and goes postal on Mason and also on Cyrus-it would be so easy to frame Cyrus for killing Mason in his hospital room!

Austin has been forced for months now to perform operations on “clients”-drug mules who needed surgery to remove their payloads, right there in GH operating rooms.

That in itself has been stressful, especially now that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has had people tailing both him and Mason; it’s getting too dangerous.

Austin’s heart is not in what Mason and Cyrus have forced him and blackmailed him into doing for the “family business” and that’s why he left Pautuck to begin with!

Will he go through with killing Mason and framing Cyrus for it-losing Ava has made Austin feel like he’s got nothing to lose!
