GH Spoilers: Austin Interrogates Dex, Does He Know Where Mason Took Ava?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) will interrogate Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) after he learns she’s no longer in the basement at one of his Pautauk properties.

Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) had put a kill order on Ava but Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) didn’t kill her-then Cyrus changed his mind-no one knows where he took her.

General Hospital Spoilers – Austin Gatlin-Holt Decides To Work With Dex Heller

Austin knows that Dex was looking for Ava, he came to his office and shook him down, but Austin revealed nothing; later he warned his cousin. Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) people were onto him and Dex was shaking him down for information.

Now, Austin’s changed his tune-instead of protecting his cousin he knows it’s more important to protect Ava, because he knows Mason’s gone rogue!

Austin decides it’s best that he offers to work with Dex to help find Ava, Mason left his lollipop in the Wyndemere mansion and he’s been caught on the security feed!

Austin finds Dex and interrogates him to find out what he knows, trying to get a clue where Mason might have taken her.

GH Spoilers – Time Is Of The Essence

Austin doesn’t reveal Cyrus’ orders or where Mason had kept Ava, but he knows that time is of the essence and the boss had changed his mind.

Austin does know that Mason is prone to violence at times and he’s basically Cyrus’ enforcer; and Ava is in grave danger so he takes a chance. He tells Dex to come to Pautauk with him, but doesn’t take him to the same house that he was keeping Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) in.

Austin still owns several rental houses in the area, it was only his private medical practice he left although there is still a staffed clinic with other doctors.

General Hospital Spoilers – Austin Gatlin-Holt Has Given Up Caring What Cyrus Renault Thinks

By this time Austin has given up caring what Cyrus thinks or doesn’t think, he’s not the one with the most to lose, it’s Cyrus and Mason.

In reality, it boils down to if Dex and Austin can pick up Mason’s trail in time to save Ava, and although he’s taking a chance he gives Dex Mason’s number.

They use burner phones, so although they can’t be tracked as closely as a regular cell phone at least perhaps a signal can be triangulated.

Austin is truly afraid that Mason will kill Ava this time, knowing that she knows too much-but then there’s another question. Why is Cyrus calling off the execution, who’s leaning on him?
