GH Spoilers: As Both Of Michael’s Parents Lean On Him, He Learns The Truth About Nina

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is nothing if not a faithful son, but lately, his parents are needing a bit more from him than he expected.

Maybe it would’ve been easier to manage when his personal life wasn’t already so heavy, but having just watched Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) dance with death, he’s still trying to get back to normal.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has been relying on him to protect his father, and now hoping he can help her get Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) released from Pentonville.

Little do either of them know, Michael is working on his own mystery — figuring out who put Drew in prison to behind with. When he figures it out, his parents’ problems could take a back seat.

General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Spencer And Sonny  Corinthos Need Their Family

Carly was already keen on letting Michael stay behind the scenes — and behind his father’s back — while looking out for him.

It would appear that Carly doesn’t think Sonny is as sharp as he used to be, and she might believe he needs an extra set of eyes on his business dealings to make sure he doesn’t dig himself a hole he can’t get out of.

While Michael has been busy having his dad’s back, Carly has also called on him to help her prove what Judge Kim’s (Kurt Yue) motives were in giving Drew such a harsh sentence. Of course, Mikey will oblige.

Amidst his undying love for his parents leading him to do some of their bidding, Michael has put in some calls of his own to try to unearth who tattled to the SEC about Carly and Drew’s insider trading debacle.

We can rest assured that all hell could break loose when he learns it was none other than Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) behind all of it. But Michael isn’t going to relish this information, and he won’t know who to tell first.

He will likely hate having to break this kind of news to Willow, and he knows he can’t tell his mother before he figures out how to tell his wife. So, he just might tell his father first.

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos Is A Master Negotiator

Rumor has it Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) isn’t going to react to the news about Nina the way Michael would have expected.

In fact, Michael will be stunned when Sonny asks him to keep what he has learned all to himself. That’s right. He won’t want Carly to ever find out — or Willow.

This will be a risky move on his part, since Michael could interpret Sonny’s willingness to keep the truth from Michael’s mother and wife in favor of Nina as a continued example of his undying loyalty to Nina.

In other words, once again, Nina comes before Sonny’s family. Will Michael give him a pass, knowing he’s guilty of a lot more than his dad knows?
