GH Spoilers: Are Esme, Spencer, and Ace Headed for a Happy Ending?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers taunt Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) have been far from friends this entire time that they have been co-parenting Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay). Spencer is resistant to trusting Esme at all, despite being able to acknowledge that she appears to be a good mother to his baby brother.

Likewise, Esme isn’t so keen on Spencer either – until recently, at least. Esme was taken by surprise when she felt pangs of jealousy and discomfort watching Spencer cozy up on the sofa with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). It was as though she was watching Trina snuggle up with her man. Since then, Esme has written those feelings off as some sort of twisted instinct, lingering from her past. But is that all it is?

General Hospital Spoilers — Trina Paves the Way

Soon, Trina is the last thing that Esme will have to worry about. Spencer and Trina aren’t doing so hot. No matter what the guy does, it doesn’t seem to be good enough for his girlfriend.

Or at least that’s how it feels to Spencer as of late. But for Trina, General Hospital spoilers say she is questioning who her boyfriend is, and why he behaves so differently from the man she fell in love with in Greenland. This is going to lead to Sprina taking a time-out soon.

GH Spoilers Spill Spencer is Devastated

When Trina steps away to collect your thoughts and figure out how she feels about Spencer, I will pay the path for Esme to find her way back to him.

Certainly, Trina has never really thought of Esme as a threat to her relationship, despite how much she seems to use Ace to get to Spencer. But Esme is about to up the stakes as she makes a move on Trina’s man.

Spencer is going to be heartbroken when Trina walks away from him, citing a need for time to herself to figure out whether she still wants their relationship. That’s going to give Esme a big way in.

General Hospital Spoilers — Esme Picks Up the Pieces

It will be Esme who picks up the pieces of Spencer’s broken heart. Putting it back together won’t be nearly as difficult as he would have suspected when Esme makes herself the consolation prize.

Spencer learned long ago that the easiest way to get over someone is to climb on top of someone else. And it would seem that Esme is ready and willing to let that happen.
