GH Spoilers: Alum Ingo Rademacher’s Personal Connection To Maui Tragedy

General Hospital (GH) spoilers divulge that alum Ingo Rademacher (ex-Jasper Jacks) is reaching out on Insta about his personal connection to the tragic situation in Maui.

He and his family had a home on Oahu and his wife, Ehiku, is native Hawaiian. As such they have many family and friends across the islands as well as in the Lahaina area which has been devastated by wildfires.

Rademacher posted a message to fans who want to help: “Update on Lahaina. My wife has a lot of cousins there. They lost everything. A lot of her extended family, including her brother is now boots on the ground helping out every day. If you really want to see what’s going on on the ground, I suggest following these accounts. And I will post links to legitimate donation sites that will actually make a difference right now.”

Rademacher sold his Oahu home in 2022, a year after he was cut from General Hospital due to refusing to get the Covid-19 vaccine.

The family now reside in Panama City, Florida. Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) was the only other actor let go for vaxx refusal and he is now starring on Peacock’s Days of our Lives.

GH Spoilers – Jasper Is A Piece Of Port Charles

Rademacher debuted in 1996 as Jasper “Jax” Jacks and was seen off and on until his exit in 2021. Jax was the epitome of a suave mogul with a heart of gold, although he was not averse to crossing the line to get what he wanted.

His character was paired with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) which led to antagonism from her ex mobster Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) who called the fair haired man “Candy Boy.” Carly and Jax share daughter Josslyn Jax (Eden McCoy).

Jax’s other partners included Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil), and Courtney Matthews (Alicia Leigh Willis).

Diehard Jax fans have never stopped giving up on the hope that the character returns one day to stir the pot in Port Charles, New York. Will that happen?

The show has given no indication of a comeback although Joss sure could use her dad’s advice right now.
