GH Spoilers: Alley Mills Talks Heather Webber’s Port Charles Return

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that off the cusp of her Daytime Emmy win for Outstanding Guest Performer, Alley Mills is also returning for a run on the soap opera.

Now that Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) has regained her memory, she’s set to visit her Heather Webber. Sounds like this won’t be a “one-off” thing, and Esme’s mom will become a prominent figure in this storyline, moving forward.

Alley Mills recently spoke with Michael Fairman, offering some insight into what fans should expect from Heather Webber next.

General Hospital Spoilers – Heather Webber Is Up To No Good

GH spoilers note that Heather is in prison, but it may not be long before she busts out. Alley notes that while Ms. Webber is in jail, she “might find a way to get out”. She also adds that her character is “up to no good”.

Mills was recast in the role in 2022, taking over from actress Robin Mattson who played Heather from 1980 to 2016. Actresses Georganne LaPiere and Mary O’Brien have also had stints as Heather Webber, but Mattson was the actress to play the role the longest.

Still, Ms. Mill has done an incredible job staying true to the character but adding her own twist to the part.

GH Spoilers – Alley Mills Teases Upcoming Scenes

During her interview, Ms. Mills revealed that she recently got to work with Genie Francis (Laura Collins) for the first time.

As Heather and Laura have “back history”, Mills states that some of that history was placed into their scene together. She also notes that the scene “was really fun”.

Still, Mills goes on to say that during her first run with the soap, she loved working with Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) the most; so much so, that she included a scene with him for her Daytime Emmy submission reel!

Could Sonny have been the “good luck” charm Alley needed to snag the award? It probably didn’t hurt to have him in there, but fans know that Ms. Mills won it all of her own accord.
