Spencer has been desperate to protect his baby brother Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) and even sought custody of the child, not too long ago. Alas, he’s learned all too well that as long as Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) is around, she will always be the first person courts award guardianship to.

While he’s agreed to scheme with his Uncle Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) to bring Esme down, this may soon fall through. Will Spencer revert to a “plan B” to ensure he can help raise little Ace?

General Hospital Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine Feels He Has No Other Choice

GH spoilers suggest that the downfall of Victor could happen sooner than fans think. With his Uncle Vic out of the picture, could Spencer pivot his plans? He adores Trina, but in order to keep a close watch on Ace, he’ll need to keep the baby’s mom that much closer. He may devise a scheme where he romances Ms. Prince, fools her into either marriage or allowing him to adopt Ace as his own.

Trina may or may not be in the know about Spencer’s scheming. After all, while she hates Esme for *trying* to ruin her life, Ms. Robinson also dislikes dishonestly. Especially with all the hurt, she’s suffered at the hands of her own mother’s recent lies exposed.

GH Spoilers – Spencer Would Have Quite The Hill To Climb

Esme doesn’t trust the Cassadine clan. In fact, she’s doing all she can to keep Ace from his father’s family. With that said, she does have a bond with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and sees how genuine Ace’s grandmother is.

Still, that doesn’t mean that if Spencer lays on the charm, she won’t fall for it. Ms. Prince feels alone in the little town, with no friends, family, or loved ones to turn to. While she’ll be taken aback by Spencer’s sudden interest, the need for her and Ace to establish roots and “have someone in her corner” may take over.
