Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) were never exactly a match made in heaven.

They were a match made in Nixon Falls when Sonny believed he was a bartender named Mike. The couple found their way back to each other when they were back in Port Charles, and Sonny remembered who he was. He couldn’t forget his feelings for the Crimson editor and almost lost his family just to be with her.

Now they are headed down the aisle, but we all doubt they will make it to “I do.” Nina’s secret about calling the SEC on Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is bound to come out right before the marriage happens.

Sonny will soon be single again. Who will he turn to?

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos And Carly Spencer Back Together Again

Carly could certainly tell her ex, “I told you so,” and she may just do that. She always knew he wouldn’t last with Nina.

Sonny and Carly have been down this road many times. One or both of them fall for someone else but they always come back to each other. It’s practically a routine.

That may happen again. It’s what many GH fans are hoping for. They love when this couple falls for each other over and over again. They sometimes seem destined to be together, plus they have a family. It would be nice to see them both happy again.

But Sonny and Carly as a couple again may be too predictable, and let’s not forget that Carly is in love with Drew.

But Drew is in Pentonville for three years (although we doubt that will happen) so Carly might fall for her ex while her boyfriend is away.

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos And Ava Jerome As A Couple On General Hospital

Sonny and Ava Jerome (Maura West) could be a match made in soap opera heaven. He’s a mob boss, and her family was in the mob. They know each other’s worlds.

Sonny and Ava had a hatred for each other that lasted years. They would have killed each other if they had the chance. Sometimes hate can turn to passion, that is how they made Avery.

The duo is now friendly and working together to take down Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) and whoever he is working for. They are on the same side and getting along for a change. Would Sonny turn to Ava after he learns the truth about Nina?

One problem might be that Ava and Nina are friends. But when did that ever stop anyone on General Hospital?

General Hospital Spoilers – Will Sonny Corinthos Turn To Anna Devane?

Sonny and former WSB agent Anna Devane have been friends for a long time. They were on opposite sides of the law but always respected one another.

Now that Anna’s double agent secret is out and she left the WSB, she has turned to Sonny as a friend. The two are even working together to figure out who was behind the shooting at the Metro Court.

Now that her career in law enforcement isn’t stopping her, would she fall for the mob boss?

Anna is currently in love with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) but he is in Chechnya and who knows what he will find there? Their relationship could fall apart. Anna could fall for Sonny and Nina may run back to her old flame Valentin.
