General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Wednesday, January 11 tease concocted plans, desperate schemes and cries for help. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) goes after what she wants, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) schemes, and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) cries out for help.

General Hospital Spoilers – Concocted Plans

Brook Lynn sits behind a keyboard at the Quartermaine mansion as Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) looks on. Cody will create a distraction, as Brook Lynn goes after what she wants. Brook Lynn tells Cody she’s concocted a plan to get Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) over there.

It sounds like it’s a plan to get Chase over there for musical reasons, given she’s behind a keyboard. Brook Lynn will continue trying to get Chase back in her corner.

GH Spoilers – Harrison Chase Catches Up With Sasha Gilmore

Elsewhere, Chase catches up with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) as they talk about Gladys not having to be her guardian for much longer. Little do they know that Gladys has gotten herself into a gambling problem and may be using Sasha’s funds to maintain it. She’s already given Selina Wu (Lydia Look) a pair of earrings Sasha had given her for Christmas, so she’s in over her head. Gladys has been going to the high stakes poker game Selina’s been running at the Savoy and owes Selina money.

Gladys comes up with a desperate scheme, likely to replace Sasha’s money she’s gambled away. She goes to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) telling him her daughter in law, Sasha, needs his help. Sonny is bound to have a few questions for his cousin, and she might think she’s getting over on him, but she won’t be.

Gladys is getting in deeper and deeper with a gambling addiction and Sonny will be able to see through her façade. She’s the one who really needs help and hopefully she’ll take it.

GH Spoilers – Carly Spencer Defends Her Actions

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) continues to try to defend her actions to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) who is pretty angry with her right now. She finally admitted she knew Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother after he let slip about her leukemia. They’re still arguing in her kitchen as Drew wants to know if Carly was ever going to tell Willow, and when. Carly had planned on keeping that secret to her grave, but now she’s being forced to tell.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Demands Answers

Sonny may still be talking to Gladys in his office as he demands answers, asking if there’s something going on he doesn’t know about? He’d also called Josslyn into his office earlier as well, but it looks like she’s already left. She thought she knew what he called her in there about but obviously did not.

In the meantime, he continues to probe for information, feeling he’s entitled to know what’s going on. It would be best if the person tells him.

GH Spoilers – Cries For Help

Joss is in Dex Heller’s car (Evan Hofer) and she’s in tears, an unusual situation for her. She’s usually strong like her mother, but she’s gotten some information that’s upset her badly, possibly from Sonny. Josslyn is sobbing to Dex that her family is falling apart, and she doesn’t know what she’s going to do about it. Perhaps she’s just found out about Willow’s leukemia and feels helpless, already suffering survivor’s guilt over Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) death?
