General Hospital Spoilers: Victor Is Doing Helena’s Bidding — And So Is Someone Else In Port Chuck

General Hospital spoilers suggest May sweeps are about to get a whole lot spookier! The infamous Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) will be crashing back into Port Charles soon, but let’s not jump to conclusions about her appearing as a mere apparition. Rumor has it that the vengeful Cassadine could be alive and well, pulling the strings from her Greek lair while causing chaos back home.

If Helena is the master puppeteer behind all of Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) dirty business in town with his family, then she may very well be the mastermind behind the ghost ship, The Haunted Star, heading out with hostages aboard. Of course, that doesn’t mean Helena is done with the people left behind in Port Chuck.

General Hospital Spoilers — Victor Cassadine Had His Eyes On The Prize

Victor had some serious delusions of grandeur when he came back to town, hoping his family would bow down to him and lap up his guidance like lost pets who were just waiting for him to rescue them from themselves. He arrogantly assumed he could lead them into mass destruction, without any regard for who they hurt or what happened to their family in the process.

Boy, was he wrong! Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) was still making the wrong moves at every turn, but none of them were really guided by Victor. At the same time, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) wasn’t keen on taking his uncle’s guidance.

GH Spoilers – Tease Helena Cassadine Is Back!

It seems Helena is not quite done with Nikolas yet. While it looks like Victor is holding him captive on the surface, we don’t really know who has been on the other end of that phone call with Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey). Is Helena the boss lady Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) keeps referring to?

Is he actually still taking orders from her, too? That would explain why he was so eager to help Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) with Nikolas’ body. Of course, Victor can mostly be trusted to man the ship — quite literally — as The Haunted Star floats adrift in the night with Helena’s precious cargo on board. Back in Port Charles, Mason will be tending to other duties.

General Hospital Spoilers — Mason Gatlin Will Be Busy

If Mason is working for Helena, that means he’s still got his eye on Ava — the woman who tried to kill Nikolas. Helena will most certainly make Ava pay at some point, but letting her stew on her mistake and worry herself sick while drowning in martinis is good for building tension and letting her slowly come apart at the seams. Ava hasn’t dealt with the brutality that the enemies of Helena are sure to face, so it’ll be a new experience for her when the time comes. When will that be?
