GH Spoilers UPDATE Monday, October 9: Happiness, Regrets, Proof

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Monday, October 9 tease happiness, regrets, and proof. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) gets a happy wedding surprise, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) expresses regrets and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has some proof.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

It looks like Nina and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) have arrived for their wedding on Sonny’s Puerto Rican island when Nina gets a happy surprise.

Michael and Willow Corinthos (Chad Duell, Katelyn MacMullen) and Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) showed up after a last minute decision. Nina says it’s the best wedding present she could ever ask for, with daughter Willow and grandson Wiley there-he’ll be the ringbearer.

More of Sonny’s children will be there as well, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is there and so is Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Brielle). It’s possible they brought Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) as well.

GH Spoilers – Lucy Coe’s Big Decision

Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) power dressing as she tells someone very seriously she really has something she needs to say. It looks like she has some bad news for someone by the tone in her voice and her manner.

Later in the week she and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will consider naming a new Face of Deception, so it may be Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) she’s addressing.

None of what happened to Sasha is her fault, but she’s become very controversial due to her situation having been reported to the press. But optics are everything to a company barely hanging on by a thread and being sued over stealing a product idea.

General Hospital Spoilers – Regrets

Gregory has regrets as he talks to Hamilton Finn, (Michael Easton) obviously finding out that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) knows about his ALS.

The elder Chase blames himself fully for procrastinating in telling his youngest son the devastating news, but he didn’t want to spoil Chase’s happiness with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

Finn was there at GH when Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) put her foot in her mouth thinking Chase already knew, she thought Chase was crying.

Finn had cleaned pepper spray out of his little brother’s eyes and so they were watery and red. Gregory says to Finn now, because of him, Chase is paying the price.

GH Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Tries To Comfort Harrison Chase

At home, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) tries to comfort an anguished Chase who looks like he cried all night long and never got to sleep. She obviously asks him to do something and he tells her he can’t, not right now.

Chase collapsed in tears in a hallway at GH after blaming Finn and his father for not telling him about Greg’s deadly diagnosis. Finn had explained he’s only known a couple of weeks and the elder Chase had kept it a secret for months.

General Hospital Spoilers – Proof

Meanwhile, at The Invader office, Carly tells Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) she just found out there’s proof and she can get it for her.

Obviously, they are talking about proof against Judge Albert Kim (Kurt Yue) to pressure him to drop Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) charges or at least reduce them to time served.

Carly is afraid, and with very good reason, that if they don’t get Drew out of Pentonville that he won’t get out alive.

Time is of the essence because surely Drew, likely still at GH after his beating nearly to death is returned to Pentonville worse could befall him. Unfortunately, Sonny’s protection within the walls of the prison failed, and he’s got disloyal people.

GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Suffers A Setback

At Pentonville, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) suffers a setback, as he asks someone what it is they have in store for him?

He could have been called into Warden Ellen Garten’s (Diahnna Nicole Baxter) office again and he appears to be in trouble. Acting Deputy Mayor Jordan Ashford, (Tanisha Harper) had talked to Warden Garten just the other day, wanting information on Drew’s beating.

Warden Garten is also desiring upward mobility in the system like Judge Kim is, and optics are everything; beatdowns at the prison aren’t serving public relations too well.
