General Hospital Spoilers Update: Cody’s Rescue Mission, Gladys’ Shock!

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) rescue mission might be Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) salvation, but it will be Gladys Corbin’s (Bonnie Burroughs) shock!

It was a rather complicated process for Cody to get himself committed to Ferncliff for even a short period of time, but worth it.

He was able to sneak out of his room after spitting out a pill that appeared to possibly be a heavy sedative or sleeping pill.

From there, he made his way to Sasha’s room and finally got her woken up and able to trust him even though she’d been heavily drugged.

Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) walked in on Cody and Sasha, and an altercation ensued-Cody called him out on his joint scam with Gladys.

By the time Cody left with Sasha, Montague was tied up on the floor and Cody wearing his clothes, and they made it out to a getaway vehicle and took off!

GH Spoilers – Hillbilly Hideout Detox

Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has been helping Cody, getting him into Ferncliff and supplying the getaway car, without which Cody and Sasha would have been sitting ducks.

Cody brings Sasha to a remote cabin he knew of, both as a hideout, and to help her detox, which is a painful process to both go through and to watch.

Sasha had still been paranoid and hallucinating, her mood swings pretty intense-but Cody uses tough love to break through to her and it’s anything but easy.

However, their hillbilly hideaway hideout is only a temporary refuge, and they both know it-the sirens were already blaring as they made their getaway from Ferncliff.

The PCPD, Montague, Gladys, and who knows who else will be looking for them, and honestly, the PCPD would be the lesser of those evils!

General Hospital Spoilers – Gladys Corbin Shocked And Terrified

Gladys goes to Ferncliff to see Sasha and she’s shocked and terrified by the news that Cody broke her out, for more than one reason.

She knows that Cody has some serious stuff on her, but more than that, she doesn’t trust his motives regarding Sasha.

She may be the pot calling the kettle Cody black, but underneath it all she does care about her daughter-in-law, in her own way.

Gladys has likely heard some gossip about Cody trying to romance Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) out of an expensive necklace in the past, although there was more to it than that.

Cody did care about Britt-and he cares just as much and probably more about Sasha, even if he gets in trouble with the law-the results of his rescue mission worth it.
