Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) utters a surprising response, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) reveals a secret and Felicia Scorpio’s (Kristina Wagner) and Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) search is seriously interrupted.
At the Quartermaine mansion, no sooner than Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) brought Ned Quartermaine/Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) to the door, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) reacts.
No doubt “Neddie” has the same response to Olivia as he did to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and doesn’t know who anyone is. Olivia is upset as she tells him if that’s the case, just turn around and leave right now.
There doesn’t seem to be any breakthroughs in Ned’s apparently willful amnesia. But as long as no one accepts him as Eddie, there won’t be any breakthrough.
Meanwhile, back at the park where “Neddie” got into an impending battle of the buskers with another musician, Gregory finally gets a word in edgewise. Tracy is surprised when he interrupts her to say just stop talking enough so I can say thank you!
Tracy might wonder what Gregory has to thank her for, but it’s likely her part in getting Chase back on the force-Chase, however may not be as appreciative. Gregory seems have to have gotten a little past “harpy” in his opinion of Tracy.
Sam reveals a “secret” to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) as she tells him it’s time she fills him in on what she’s been doing. She’s been doing some surveillance of Selina Wu (Lydia Look) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and working some with Mac Scorpio (John J. York).
She’s also aware that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) has been using Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and her guardianship status to rob her.
It’s all worked together and Cody’s charges were dropped for very specific reasons. Mac is looking for proof that he can bust the high stakes poker game and Selina with but not until Cody is extricated.
Meanwhile, Mac is on a search for something else, or maybe that should be someone else, as he asks Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) if she’s heard from Felicia!
Mac is obviously worried because his private eye wife didn’t tell him where she was going although he suspects it’s something to do with Pine Valley.
Anna knows people there and lived there for a while, with some of the late Duke Lavery’s (Ian Buchanan) relatives living there too. She may not have heard from her yet, but she probably will once she and Lucy make that one phone call they’re allowed!
Felicia and Lucy’s search for information to tie Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) to some $50,000 checks coming from Pine Valley has been seriously interrupted!
Jackson Montgomery (Walt Willey) called the cops on Lucy and Felicia, who was caught red handed cracking his safe in his office. Lucy says she knows exactly who they’re going to call.
Jackson had specifically mentioned Anna when he and Lucy were having dinner. So it’s a safe bet that’s who they’re going to call for help.
Back at the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) doesn’t look so relieved now as Chase tells her he’s not doing “it” anymore. However, she’ll be relieved later once Chase explains what “it” is.
She’s afraid he’s breaking up with her again but that may not be the case. He may be talking about her grandmother and not acting according to her whims.
