General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Has Doubts About Nina

General Hospital spoilers show that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may realize that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is not the one for him.

Sonny and Nina fell in love when he believed he was a guy named Mike who was living in Nixon Falls.

Nina just happened to stumble into the bar where he was working and sparks flew. They eventually found themselves back in Port Charles when Sonny realized who he really was.

He then left Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) for Nina.

Now the happy couple are engaged but there may be trouble in paradise.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Is Not Ready To Be A Mob Boss’ Wife

Nina knew what she was getting into when she got involved with the mob boss. Now that she’s living it, she’s not liking it.

Sonny has many shady dealings, some he doesn’t share with his fiance in order to keep her safe. This was something that Carly always understood when she was married to him.

Nina doesn’t get it. When she woke up one night to find Sonny missing from their bed, she freaked out.

She wasn’t necessarily worried about the man she loves, she seemed more upset that she was alone.

She called her friend Ava Jerome (Maura West) looking for sympathy, but even Ava explained to her that this is life with Sonny. Nina was still angry.

She now sees that Ava and Sonny are cooking something up, and it probably isn’t good. She wants to know what is going on but Sonny will not let her in.

Again, it is for her safety but Nina doesn’t care. She wants to be in the loop.

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Realizes That Nina Reeves Doesn’t Understand His Life

Nina is getting angry and demanding.

The mob boss has a lot going on. There’s Pikeman, the evil nanny, helping Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), and Ava confessing murder to him. The guy’s got a lot on his plate.

When Carly was his wife, she understood the world he lived in. She didn’t always like it, but she lived with it knowing that she and her family were being kept safe. Nina is just not getting it.

Sonny and Nina will probably never make it down the aisle. The truth about her call to the feds which got Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) sent to prison will eventually come out. Sonny will never forgive her.

But this couple may be done way before that. If Nina cannot get on board with her fiance’s professional life, they are never going to make it.

It’s only a matter of time before this couple is done. Who will be Sonny’s next love? Will he go back to Carly? Or will someone new steal his heart?

Some possibilities we can see are either Anna or Ava. Both women already understand the complexities of the mobster’s lifestyle.
